• The first and last name are used to identify the registered user.
• Bank card data is used to pay for the company’s services.
• In the case of registered users, data processing is also used for marketing purposes and to offer services/benefits best tailored to the registered user.
• The user has the right to request from the company at any time to stop using data about him for direct marketing purposes. The company ensures the termination of data processing within 10 days of the request. In such cases, the user might be restricted from accessing the website/application.
• The registered user has the right to request the company to stop processing their personal data at any time, however, in such a case they will no longer receive the service and the service fee will not be refunded to them.
  
  

Transfer of data to third parties

4.1 The company is authorized to transfer the data of registered users, while maintaining confidentiality to third parties for the purposes described in the policy.
