Processing the personal data of users, based on the personal data processing policy (hereinafter “policy”), is carried out by the company and/or third parties designated by the company.

The User’s acceptance of the Terms and Conditions will be considered as the written consent of the user to the Personal Data Processing Policy.

Providing information to the company by the user is mandatory, otherwise, the user will not be able to register in the application/website and therefore will be unable to receive services from the company.

  • Referrer URL (previously visited page);
  • The type of device you are using;
  • The unique ID of your mobile device;
  • Your mobile operating system;
  • Type of mobile internet browser;
  • User Location;
  • Unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Purpose of Data Processing

3.1 The Company and/or the third party designated by the Company shall process the personal data of the Users only for the purposes specified in advance.

3.2 The processing of the users personal data by the Company and/or a third party designated by the company serves the purpose of ensuring the provision of timely and high-quality services to the users and smooth use of the application/website.

3.3 General purposes of data processing:

  • Refining and improving the use of the application/website
  • Uninterrupted user access to the application/website
  • Providing services to registered users
  • Detection/blocking suspicious/illegal transactions or actions
  • Prevention of fraud and other possible violations of the law
  • Compilation of statistics with maximum accuracy in order to improve the service

3.4 Specific purposes of data processing:

  • With the mobile phone number, the company ensures constant contact with the registered user to keep them informed. The Company provides registered users with updated information, promotions and other notices/information related to the service, including for direct marketing purposes.
  • By email, the company provides contact with the registered user, including in a case when the registered user is not available on the phone number or the number no longer exists. Also, through email, the company ensures the provision of updated information, promotions and other notices/information related to the service to the registered user, including for direct marketing purposes.
  • The first and last name are used to identify the registered user.
  • Bank card data is used to pay for the company’s services.
  • In the case of registered users, data processing is also used for marketing purposes and to offer services/benefits best tailored to the registered user.
  • The user has the right to request from the company at any time to stop using data about him for direct marketing purposes. The company ensures the termination of data processing within 10 days of the request. In such cases, the user might be restricted from accessing the website/application.
  • The registered user has the right to request the company to stop processing their personal data at any time, however, in such a case they will no longer receive the service and the service fee will not be refunded to them.

Transfer of data to third parties

4.1 The company is authorized to transfer the data of registered users, while maintaining confidentiality to third parties for the purposes described in the policy.

4.2 In the case of using the authority stipulated in paragraph 4.1 of this document, the company is obliged to transfer to the third party only the information necessary to achieve a specific goal.


5.1 In the personal data processing policy, certain changes/additions may be made over time, which will be automatically reflected on the website/application. 

By using the Website/Application and/or receiving its Services, you agree to such changes or additions. In case of substantial changes/additions, the company will additionally inform registered users through the website/application and/or e-mail.


6.1 The company understands the importance of the rules for the protection and processing of each user’s personal data.

6.2 The opinion and attitude of each user is important to the company, including but not limited to personal data processing.
